Phosphoric Acid Food Grade
Application
- Food & Beverages: Food grade phosphoric acid is used in the beverage industry as an acidulant and flavouring agent. The presence of phosphoric acid contributes to the unique taste of cola drinks.
- Fats and Oils: Phosphoric acid can be added to fats and oils as an emulsifier and to aid in the control of fatty peroxides. It is also used as a degumming agent during vegetable oil refining.
